Facilitating small business growth via group problem solving

HOME

Every business has its captain, the point where the buck stops. It is by its very nature a lonely place full of pressure and expectation.

Wilson’s the business support forum is a confidential monthly meeting of like-minded business captains. Eager to give as well as receive, constructive input and opinion to help navigate their businesses to greater success.

Wilson’s, a friendly, open, free flowing forum of business support.

FAQs

Q – Is Wilson’s a networking group?

A – No, Wilson’s is categorically not a networking group – we meet for the sole purpose of sharing business problems / challenges / opportunities and collectively discussing possible solutions, with the facilitation of a highly experienced business leader (Jim Fletcher).

Q – Do I have to attend every month’s meeting?

A – We strongly encourage members to attend every meeting if possible, to ensure continuity – the more members understand about their peers’ businesses the better our problem solving will be.

Q – I’m worried about sharing “business secrets” – are they going to leak out?

A – Wilson’s members are bound by a strict confidentiality agreement and anything discussed at the meetings will not be shared with any third parties

Q – How big is the group?

A – We aim to limit the number of members in the group to a maximum of 10 – this ensures that there is sufficient time at each meeting to dedicate to each of the participating businesses.
